We are immensely proud to share a moment of great honour and recognition for one of our classmates, Dr Shetty Seetharama Thombathu, an accomplished professional and Chief Technical Advisor of the UNIDO CAPFish-Capture Project.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has bestowed upon Dr. Shetty the prestigious Royal Order of Sahametrei (Class: Commander). This high-ranking national honour is awarded to foreign experts who have rendered exceptional service to the Kingdom of Cambodia, particularly in areas such as agriculture, development, and international cooperation.
According to the official sub-decree issued by the Government of Cambodia, Dr Shetty is among a select group of global experts recognised for their significant contributions to agricultural development and for their collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.
This award reflects:
🌱 His impactful work in sustainable fisheries and agriculture
🤝 His dedication to international development and cooperation
🌍 His contribution to improving livelihoods and food systems in Cambodia
The ceremony, attended by senior government officials and international dignitaries, stands as a testament to his excellence and commitment.
We, his classmates and fellow alumni of Goliyangadi High School, take immense pride in celebrating this remarkable achievement. May Dr. Shetty’s journey inspire the younger generations of our high school to strive for excellence and contribute meaningfully to society on a global scale.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹಪಾಠಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಳಿಯಂಗಡಿ ಹೈ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾದ ಡಾ. ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಸೀತಾರಾಮ ತೊಂಬತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆತಿರುವ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಡಾ. ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು, UNIDO CAPFish-Capture ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಂಬೋಡಿಯಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಗೌರವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ "ರಾಯಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಆಫ್ ಸಾಹಮೆತ್ರೇಯಿ" (ಕಮಾಂಡರ್ ವರ್ಗ) ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ವಿದೇಶಿ ತಜ್ಞರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಗೌರವವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಂಬೋಡಿಯಾ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕೃಷಿ, ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದವರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕಂಬೋಡಿಯಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಡಾ. ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಾಜನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಗಣ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಗೋಳಿಯಂಗಡಿ ಹೈ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ನಾವು ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
👉 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನಯಾನವು ನಮ್ಮ ಹೈ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನ ಯುವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಗಲಿ.
